Red Tea Bouquet

Imagine yourself walking down a country road in France. Woodlands, gardens, and pastures all nearby. There are wild strawberries, currants, and various herbs and spices growing along the road. And the flowers! The abundance of both wild and cultivated flowers growing along the roadside gives the very air an aroma of natural perfumery. This is what we tried to capture here with this herb and fruit blend.

The Rooibos in our Red Tea Bouquet is a top grade herbal tea from South Africa. Rooibos, meaning Red Bush in Afrikaans, is often called "red tea" and is grown at the altitude of 2000 feet above sea level in the Cedarberg region of South Africa. Studies have suggested that rooibos has a higher antioxidant level then that of green tea. In Japan, Rooibos is believed to aid longevity, and is known as "Long Life Tea."

Our "bouquet" pairs rooibos with luscious lavender, fruity elderberry and blueberry, and filled to the brim with rosehips and rose petals, makes for an intoxicatingly fragrant tea. This tea will soothe your head and your heart.
