Shipping Policy


This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of physical products purchased through the Blessviva Marketplace. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions. We operate as a dropshipping marketplace, meaning that orders are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers.

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following receipt of a properly completed order and successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

During periods of high demand or for pre-order items, processing times may be extended. Any such extension will be communicated to you at checkout or via email.

You will receive an order confirmation email promptly after your order is placed. Shipment confirmation, including tracking information, will be sent once your order has been dispatched by our supplier.

 

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), we commit to the following:

          Standard Domestic Shipping (United States): estimated delivery within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of order processing, depending on the supplier and destination.

          Expedited Domestic Shipping: where available, estimated delivery within three (3) to seven (7) business days.

          International Shipping: estimated delivery within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days from the date of order processing, depending on destination country and customs processing.

All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, and customs clearance for international shipments.

If we are unable to ship your order within thirty (30) days of your order date (or within any shorter timeframe we may have represented at checkout), we will notify you promptly as described in Section 3 below.

 

3. SHIPPING DELAY NOTIFICATIONS — FTC COMPLIANCE

If your order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, or within thirty (30) days if no timeframe was stated, we will send you a Shipping Delay Notice within a reasonable time after we become aware of the delay. This notice will:

          Provide you with a revised estimated shipping date.

          Clearly inform you of your right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise.

          Include instructions on how to cancel and how to receive your refund.

If the delay extends more than thirty (30) days beyond the original shipment date and you do not affirmatively consent to the extended delay, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

Refunds for cancelled unshipped orders will be issued within seven (7) business days by the same method as the original payment.

 

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight and dimensions, and the shipping method selected. Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

          International Shipping Costs: will vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we have sent incorrect or defective merchandise.

 

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier's website. You may also track your order through your account dashboard on the Platform.

Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

 

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries. The following additional terms apply to international orders:

          Customs, Duties, and Taxes: import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

          Customs Delays: we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. These delays are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.

          Restricted Items: certain products may be restricted or prohibited for import in specific countries. It is your responsibility to verify the importability of any product before placing an order.

          Address Accuracy: you are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

 

7. DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

7.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at support@blessviva.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at our discretion.

7.2 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please: (a) check with neighbors and in secure delivery locations; (b) contact your local postal facility; and (c) notify us at support@blessviva.com within seven (7) days of the indicated delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reship the order or issue a refund. Claims for lost packages must be made within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date.

7.3 Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@blessviva.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and a description of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or issue a full refund.

 

8. RETURNS

Our full Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. In summary: you may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

 

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via the Platform or by email.
