About me

I started out many decades ago, walking the coffee fields and learning the exact timing of the roast. Today, with Aroma Café, we bring our harvest from Ecuador to brothers and sisters in Colombia, Argentina and Miami.

The process is still careful and unhurried: from choosing the seed to packing the bag, everything is done honouring the land and the honest work of our hands. Each cup we prepare is a way of giving thanks and sharing the fruit of our effort.
