When in need, breathe in aroma deeply for 10 seconds and repeat in other nostril. Use as needed. Pair with meditation for optimal effect, especially for calming nerves, grounding, mood balance, and easing tension headaches. For craving relief blends like Cessation Aid and Craving Relief, use as needed when cravings first arise. The goal with these two recipes is to help you taper back your usage of tobacco and sugar cravings. Don't simply stop cold turkey, but replace sessions more and more over time so as to stretch out dependency and to ease neurological impulses of dependency.
